The big news was seeing my week 4 photos developed. I have visibly
lost weight, thank heavens. It is much easier to see on the photo than in
the mirror; thank goodness I had the photos. I was doing silly things like
holding a photo to the mirror and comparing the mirror image to the photo.
Needless to say, it's easier to compare one photo to another. The weight loss
is not dramatic, but it's there. The body caliper measurements seem to indicate
I'm on 23 - 24%, from a starting position of 26%.
I started some new exercises this week. The squats are a big change. I took the first session very easy, which was a good idea because squats hit some little muscles that I didn't know existed. The second session was more ambitious, and I discovered that my Nike cross trainers are not up to the job.
I decided to do barbell benchpresses to see if that helps me make progress on the benchpress front.
